I purchased this kit for my 5 year old son. I exercie at home, often making use of a regular size balance ball and my son always wants to join me. I had thought this would be a fun way to help build a soild basis of exercise for my son. He has had alot of fun playing with the ball, and enjoys the pictures that are printed directly on the ball itself. He is a little young to get much use out of the poster of poses. The only thing missing from this kit is a dvd. It would be a wonderful addition, making it more useful and fun.
