I purchased this mat for my boot camp class and it worked great. It wasn't slippery and was able to withstand an intense workout session.

I used this for the first time last night at Power Yoga and it did a terrific job of adhering to the studio floor. I topped it with a YogaRat towel and they seemed to work really well together. My previous mat (which even cost more) sometimes made me feel like I was going to slip under me, but that never crossed my mind last night with my new Wai Lana mat!
