A Great Relaxing Work Out

I got this because I wanted to start doing yoga and pilates with some strength training, the DVD was easy to follow, I was so excited and it was worth every penny. Just the beauitful beach and sounds of the ocean was relaxing. A very peaceful and relaxing workout. Great for beginner. Just go at your own pace, breath and enjoy.
