The Toning Bands Kit includes two 4-foot by 6-inch exercise bands that work hand in hand with a special Pilates Yoga workout DVD. Set in a lush tropical garden, the workout takes you through 10 exercises to chisel your abs, arms, thighs, and buttocks quickly and effectively. The soothing sounds of nature also let you relax and release stress as you exercise.

Each band has a different level of resistance. Choose the one that makes the exercises a challenge, but not too hard. As you get stronger, progress to the thicker band.
