Excellent book

I have made many of these soups and all of them have turned out amazing. I have never seen such a comprehensive book of soup recipes before. Previously I only knew how to cook a few soups, and now I have a whole repertoire thanks to this book. The color pages are absolutely beautiful too. I have given this as a gift numerous amounts of times.
