    This has benefited our son greatly who has mild diplegia cerebral palsy which affects his lower limbs.
    He just loves this video and it surprised us how well he gets into most of the poses because of the fun and encouraging approach. He wants to do it every day without me needing to prompt him and loves to show everyone his yoga moves! We hope to make this a life time passion for him so thankyou Wailana for giving the inspiration to our little boy
