Going Gluten-Free—Is It for You?

With so many new gluten-free products on the market, if you haven’t already cut gluten out of your diet, you may be considering it. Are gluten-free products healthier? Why Reduce Gluten?

Gluten is a combination of proteins found in certain grains, including wheat. The modern wheat that we grow and eat is quite different from the type of wheat that was consumed 100 years ago.
