Brownie Shake

My 6’2” son is about as comfortable in the kitchen as I would be in one of his martial arts tournaments. But give him a blender and a recipe like this one and he’s the picture of self-sufficiency.

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1½ frozen bananas
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp. carob or cocoa powder
  • ½ cup water
  • 3 large pitted dates
  • 1/3 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. carob or chocolate chips
