Singer’s Cider

Whenever I’m recording music and using my voice a lot, this is my preferred juice to take to the studio. Unique nutrients in this combination provide protection and relief to a sensitive or sore throat. A helpful juice for weight loss, Singer’s Cider is also delicious served warm.

Yield: 
1 Smoothie
Cooking Time:  5 Minutes
Prep Time:  5 Minutes
Ingredients: 
  • 1½ cups pineapple
  • 2 pears
  • ¼ lemon
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions: 
  1. Blend ingredients
  2. Boost: Blend with two soaked dried figs for extra help in relieving a cough.

Benefits: This cider is very helpful in soothing sore throats, persistent coughs, and lung congestion. It helps balance alkaline/acid levels, cleanse the blood and intestines, and destroy viruses, bacteria, and intestinal microbes and parasites. It also stimulates digestion and metabolism.
