When I get up in the morning, I look forward to doing my yoga with Wai Lana. It makes me feel great and it gives me peace of mind. It releases a lot of stress that I have in my daily life, with my job, and with other personal matters. It also has helped more than anything with some physical problems that I have such as back issues, constipation, and some arthritis. It always works for me. I look at myself in the mirror when I’m putting on my make-up to go to work and I see a glow. If I don’t do her yoga, it’s not the same. There’s a glow there, all that blood circulating through my body. It’s just amazing.
