Wai Lana’s children often call her the Ginger Queen because of her fondness for this flavor, which helps stimulate metabolism and promote weight loss. For an easy Sweet Ginger cocktail, blend fresh ginger with pineapple and plums.

Need an energizing breakfast for on the run? Citrus Sunshine fills the bill, a tantalizing blend of pink grapefruit, tangerines, and persimmons.

To get your daily dietary fiber without too much bulk, Wai Lana created Blackberry Blend, a mix of fresh blackberries, frozen banana, and water, which can be boosted with protein powder and maple syrup. 

Need a burst of energy mid-morning or late afternoon? Sweet Clover combines clover sprouts, broccoli, arugula, and apples for a green beverage that helps to purify your blood.

During flu season, mix up a batch of Miss Scarlet as a preventive tonic: red bell pepper, tomatoes, cauliflower, beet, and cilantro.
